For most of us, we work at a desk from 9-5, Monday thru Friday, with an hour break for lunch. Maybe you work shift work or you’re one of the lucky ones that makes your own hours. Regardless of what your schedule is, we spend a helluva lot of time working and it’s easy to forget about the little things…like eating and taking care of our bodies! A diet of coffee, takeout lunches eaten at our desks and vending machine snacks is a surefire way to run down your immune system, ruin your mood and pack on the pounds.
