Initial (60 mins): $120+HST | Follow-up (30 mins): $60+HST
Consults are done in the comfort of your own home. In our first session, we will discuss the results of your Nutri-Body Analysis and go through your other assessment forms to get a clear picture of where you’re at and where you’d like to see yourself, nutritionally speaking. At the end of our first session I will leave you with some “homework” – suggested dietary or lifestyle changes – to work on for the next few weeks. If necessary, I will also give supplement recommendations.
Follow-up sessions will involve reassessing your plan and making any necessary additions or changes. Frequency will be based on your goals and the nature of the imbalances (weight loss, candida imbalance, cleansing, etc). In between sessions, feel free to contact me (I’ll respond fastest by email) with any questions or concerns you may have.

To all clients: Please print off the 3-Day Food Journal and Lifestyle Assessment Form below and have them completed for your initial consult. You will also need to complete the Nutri-Body Analysis that Marina will send you via email. Please have this done at least 24 hours in advance so she can review your results. If you will be doing your consult over Skype you will need to email the forms to Marina.

Hopefully you’re not actually starving! Once we’ve worked together you’ll have the knowledge to prevent (or reverse) the freshman 15 (yes, I was there once too); plan quick and nutritious meals that won’t put too much of a strain on the pocketbook; improve your quality of sleep (all-nighters are not advised); and increase your energy levels (put down the Red Bull).
